Don’t let Scratch Biscuit Kitchen’s name fool you. While the laid-back Southern-inspired restaurant in the WaterColor Town Center is a go-to for its fresh-baked, tender, fluffy and buttery biscuits, it also boasts a delicious variety of house-made specialties that will satisfy your cravings well beyond breakfast time, thanks to all-day, freshly prepared dining options.

At Scratch, you’ll find all of your Southern favorites, including breakfast plates, make-your-own bowls. biscuits-and-gravy (of course) and tasty handhelds, as well as Good for Ya! options, like avocado toast with smoked salmon, served on the restaurant’s sourdough loaf.

Whether you treat yourself to one, three or a full dozen of Scratch’s beloved delicacies, be sure to personalize your biscuit(s) with various house-made jams, jellies and gravies. Craving something a little sweeter? We won’t judge! Our favorite 30A breakfast spot also has you covered, with an assortment of finger-licking treats, which include pies by the slice, griddle cakes and French toast sticks, a guest favorite.

When lunch rolls around, opt for something a little heartier with Scratch’s daily Lunchbox Special, available from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. It includes the Special of the Day with your choice of side, dessert and beverage. How’s that for hospitable?

Be sure to stock up your beach bag with some extra snacks, or swing by for an afternoon treat and your second, third or fourth cup of coffee (again, no judgement!). As one would expect from a Southern scratch kitchen, the coffee is always flowing, with daily selections of Scratch’s own signature blend. Die-hard coffee enthusiasts can join Scratch’s “Mug Club” to receive their own branded mug and unlimited $1 coffee!

Just be sure to leave plenty of room for dinner time, too. With an all-day menu, Scratch won’t let you go to bed hungry. Try the restaurant’s buttermilk chicken tenders or crispy wings – made from scratch with a secret 24-hour brine and never frozen, lightly dusted and fried to a crispy, Southern golden brown. Need to go gluten-free? The honey ale-basted chicken thighs are boneless, skinless and cooked to juicy perfection.
