As its name implies, the restaurant’s elevated bar menu of locally sourced coastal cuisine with a global flair is meant to be shared with family and friends. Gather at Gather to enjoy its selections poolside, in the dining room or at the Gather Bar. From drool-worthy appetizers and delectable handhelds to a selection of deliciously curated boards, garden-inspired salads and bites for the kiddos, Gather’s unique dishes pair some of the Gulf Coast’s best ingredients with its culinary team’s inspiring creativity. As the sun sets, the menu expands with a dinnertime selection of Family Favorites, available from 5 to 9 p.m.
You’ll also find plenty with which to toast at the Gather Bar (both indoor and outdoor), complete with a vast selection of locally crafted beers, signature frozen mojito, craft mocktails and an array of creatively handcrafted cocktails, including Sorbet Cocktails that are made-to-order tableside.
